Report Packages Component

• Report Packages is a Dashboard Component and one of the Application access methods used in the system.
• It displays a list of Report Packages created through the Report Scheduler.
• It provides a means by which batches of multiple reports and queries can be pre-configured, made context-aware and time-sensitive, and launched with a single click.

Dashboard Access

Select Report Packages from the Components drop down list.

Prior to accessing the Report Packages component, refer to the following Topics:

• Dashboard - Dashboard Components

• Report Scheduler.

The above Panel contains Reports that have been nominated in the Report Scheduler as a Dashboard Package.

Clicking the Dashboard Package check box will nominate the Package to appear in the Report Packages Panel.

How Do I : Nominate or Remove a Report Scheduler Package as a Report Package

1. Load an existing Report Scheduler Package.
2. Click the Dashboard Package check box.
3. Click the Application tool-bar push button: Change.
4. Confirm that you wish to change the record.

How Do I : Launch a Report Package

1. Click the required item in the Report Packages panel.
